Booking
POLICIES
To prevent no call/ no shows, security deposits are required to secure the desired date & time of booking. Deposits are applied towards your overall total. The day of your appointment you are required to pay the remaining balance in person. This can be made via Cash, CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Deposit pricing may vary depending on the service. Please note that all deposits are Non-Refunable if you do not adhere to the Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ Late Policies.
Security Deposit
All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes a $15.00 late fee will be applied to your appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled after 20 minutes past the original booking time. Your security deposit will be non-refundable & you will be charged the remaining balance for your appointment.
Late Policy
It's understandable that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary . You can surely reschedule your appointment if need be. It's requested that you reschedule at least one day (24 hrs) before the booking. If done in the proper time frame your security deposit from your initial appointment will cover the new booking. However if past the 24 hr period you will need to book another appointment online and pay another security deposit. The initial security deposit is Non-refundable at that point due to the inconvenience of no call/ no show.
Rescheduling Policy
It's requested that cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the appointment. This is to ensure that you will not be further charged the remaining service balance. If you do not call and/or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service balance.
Cancellation Policy
Want to request an appointment outside of available business hours? You surely can, however a special booking fee of $30 is required. This fee is Non-refundable unless you are to cancel/reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. To put in a special booking request please send an email to (tiadior@ggbeautee.com)
Special Request Policy
Due to limited space & previously broken/spilled items, no extra guests/ children are allowed! The only person allowed is the client getting their makeup done. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions!
